At WavyKreations, every item is custom-made and printed specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds due to buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, color preferences, change of mind, or accidental purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

  • Custom and personalized products

  • Made-to-order apparel and accessories

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address

  • Change of mind purchases

  • Color variations caused by screen settings

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost if the issue was caused during production or fulfillment.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
